Yukta Yoga
Retreats

Our retreats provide a unique opportunity to step away from the routine of daily life and embark on a journey of inward exploration. Our objective is to guide participants away from the external distractions and demands that can deplete energy and focus, creating a conducive environment for achieving that essential moment of Pratyahara—the withdrawal of the senses.
We carefully plan our retreats in the midst of abundant nature, believing that this serene setting allows individuals to resonate with the natural world. By immersing oneself in this tranquil environment, participants can connect with their spiritual selves and begin to reflect inward, fostering deeper self-awareness and personal growth.

ANANTA TATTVA YOGA RETREAT
22nd to 26th October, 2025

Place: Ahangama Srilanka
Venue: Flow Ground
This Retreat is a haven crafted to welcome you into the serenity of the slow island life, yoga and nature. You’ll get a minimalistic yet Luxury Retreat stay.
It is a soulful journey through the five elements, awakening body, mind, and spirit in sacred harmony and in abundance of Nature.
It begins in stillness, as the sun rises over swaying palms. You will move through a breath-led vinyasa, slow and spacious, as the world stirs awake. Breakfast arrives warm and grounding, local, unprocessed, and cooked with care.
The day flows into elemental breathwork, guided by wind, sun, and after a wholesome lunch, pause for journaling, reflection, silence when the body has spoken and the mind is ready to listen.
As dusk folds in, wind down with a sunset yoga, Yin postures, and the soft exhale of evening. And finally, the day closes around a shared table, reflecting the day with warm food and warmer conversations.
What Will You Experience in This Retreat
This is not a getaway. It’s a return to rhythm, to reverence, to yourself. Over six immersive days, the retreat moves through the five elements, awakening your body, breath, and spirit into deep alignment.
- You begin with Earth — grounding through slow Hatha, intention-setting, and rooted meals.
- Water brings vinyasa at sunrise, ocean walks, breathwork, and emotional release through journaling.
- Fire ignites core activation and ritual, helping you burn through what no longer serves.
- Air invites heart-opening flows, nature hikes, mantra, and light conversation.
- And finally, Ether – silence, reflection, sound healing, and spacious stillness.
Each day is thoughtfully paced with nourishing local cuisine, elemental practices, and time to rest, swim, explore or simply be.
Your guides are Satavisha, ERYT-500, known for her mindful, alignment-based teaching; and Amy Kim, a Korean-Taiwanese-Canadian teacher whose breath-led flows bring grounding and grace.

What Makes This Retreat Special for You
This isn’t a typical retreat. It’s a finely held experience for those who seek connection with self and realignment. Days will unfold in a private sanctuary nestled between forest and sea, where nature isn’t a backdrop, it’s the teacher.
You’ll practice under two master teachers who hold space with rare presence, not performative, but profoundly personal.
Each element of the experience is designed to restore what modern life erodes: clarity, energy, connection, and deep inner rhythm, and this is limited to just 12–15 guests, so every detail will be intentional and with deep focus.
It’s a space for those who value inward journeys through meditation, breathwork, meaningful movement, silent mornings, and long conversations over firelit dinners.
In this retreat, life won’t rush; it will breathe, soften, and slowly return to itself.
