At Yukta Yoga, we prioritize understanding each individual’s unique life goals and objectives for joining our classes. This is achieved through pre-class questionnaires and careful observation during practice. Based on this assessment, we design personalized sequences tailored to each individual’s needs, ensuring that their practice is both beneficial and aligned with their specific objectives.

Asana practice can indeed aid in burning calories, but it’s essential to view this in a holistic context. Our weight loss journey is comprised of 5% what we do on the mat and 95% how we behave outside of it. Yoga is one of the most effective tools for managing lifestyle choices beyond the mat.
