Pregnancy Yoga or Pre Natal Yoga involves techniques of Yoga Postures, Pranayama, Meditation, Breathing, Energy Management during pregnancy performed from 12 – 14 week onwards. The Asanas are specially designed to address and alleviate common pregnancy complaintsm developing strength, stamina & flexibility for late pregnancy & labour.

In Yukta Yoga we give more emphasis on Breathing, Vedic Chanting and Visualisation along with customised postures designed for each patient with specific needs
